When I try to update malwarebytes I get this message: Finally I emailed them and they said that service has been cancelled for some time! A little email telling me that I need to use a new firewall would have been nice, but apparently that was too much trouble for them >:[ ![]() Some of the problem I think was caused by Webroot discontinuing their firewall service WITHOUT INFORMING ME!!! The firewall would crash and crash and I couldn't figure out why. I was going to reinstall malwarebytes by downloading to another computer and copying it over as well. Is there a manual update file I can download to another computer and copy to a cd or flash drive to update the malwarebytes. The computer with the problem is running Windows XP home. It seems Malwarebytes Premium has a bit of an impact on system performance when it comes to launching applications compared with other tested products.
